The Restaurant

Lo Guarracino Restaurant & Pizzeria was first built in 1980 inside a large garden which has been integrated into the design of the restaurant. The restaurant overlooks the beautiful Fornillo beach, providing an absolutely breathtaking view of the Amalfi coast. The views from the three dining rooms also enjoy sighting of Torre de Clavel, one of the famous coastal towers, the islands of Li Galli or the coastal village of Praiano.

To reach Lo Guarracino you need to walk along the pictureque Via Positanesi d’America, a beautiful seaside walkway carved into the rockside bordering the sea, named for the thousands of locals who left Positano for America in search of a better life following the second world war. En route you will pass the famous Saracen tower La Tarista, which was built to protect the residents of Positano from raids by Turkish Pirates in days gone by.
